All Printix products are made in-house by 3D printing. This page explains what the product warranty covers, what it does not cover, and how to contact us if something is not right.
Nothing on this page limits your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law.
What the warranty covers
- The warranty on the polymer components is for one year from the date the product is delivered.
- The warranty covers defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship only.
- Under the warranty, Printix will repair or replace the defective product, at its discretion.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Unreasonable use, or use that does not match the original purpose of the product or its components.
- Intensive use or unusual load (including loads from people, heavy traffic, or operating heavy devices) beyond what the product was designed and built for.
- Poor maintenance, neglect, cleaning with unsuitable materials, or any treatment not carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions (if provided).
- Changes, repairs or upgrades made by a third party without prior written approval.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight and/or heat above 45 degrees.
- Extreme weather, moisture, water damage, fire, or any other external factor beyond Printix's control.
The warranty will be void if it turns out the damage was caused by a breach of the terms of use or maintenance described above.
The warranty does not include compensation for indirect or consequential damage.
Product appearance
- Images on the site are for illustration only. With 3D printing there may be slight differences in shade, layer lines and dimensions, and these are not a defect.
- NFC communication is supported on most new phones, but not on all models.
Links and digital services
- Links and digital services rely on external infrastructure providers (link services, hosting and networks). Printix will work to fix faults as soon as possible, but is not responsible for outages originating with these providers.
- Printix is not responsible for the content of the destination pages the links lead to.
Customer logo and content
The customer declares that they have the right to use the logo, trademarks and content they provided to Printix, and is responsible for any claim in this regard. Printix may show the product in its portfolio, unless the customer requested otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Printix's total liability in any matter relating to the product is limited to the amount actually paid to it for the product, and it is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
