At Printix we strive for full satisfaction of every customer, and we maintain full transparency in accordance with Israeli consumer protection laws.
Personalized products
Most of our products are 3D-printed to personal order – including a QR code with a unique name or design.
Therefore, an order cannot be cancelled or a product returned after the production process has begun, pursuant to Section 14C(d)(2) of the Consumer Protection Law.
If production has not yet started, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Non-personalized products
The transaction can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as it has not been used and is not damaged.
The refund will be made minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
Defective product or error in the order
If the product you received is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, with photos attached.
After inspection, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no additional charge.
Refund method
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the transaction, within up to 7 business days of cancellation approval.
