We work continuously to improve the site's accessibility, with the aim of enabling a comfortable, simple and equal browsing experience for every user. This statement applies to the site printix-3d.com and on our digital services: P-Console (the personal area), P-Link pages, P-Code, P-Member, P-Menu, P-Worker and P-Marketing.
Accessibility level
The site is made accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
Accessibility adjustments on the site
- The site's content pages (products, FAQ, gallery, about, contact and policies) were rebuilt in simple, standard HTML: one main heading per page, a hierarchical heading structure, and real lists and tables.
- Alternative text for images, and labels for every form field.
- One readable font (Heebo), fixed and readable sizes, and text sized 16 pixels in the page body.
- Dark text colors on a light background for good contrast, and status colors (confirmation, warning, error) that are always accompanied by words and not only by color.
- Buttons and fields with a height of 50 pixels, easy to tap on a phone too.
- Support for browsing from a phone, and for enlarging text up to 200% and right-to-left reading direction; numbers, phone numbers and addresses are displayed in the correct direction.
- Answers to frequently asked questions open and close using a standard component that also works with a keyboard and screen reader.
- Respecting the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
- An accessibility menu is available on the shop pages (the button in the corner of the screen) for enlarging text, contrast, highlighting links and more.
Accessibility limitations
Despite our efforts to make all content accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of:
- The product designer (choosing colors, text and logo in a 3D view) — some actions require a mouse or touch. You can also order any product by phone or WhatsApp.
- Some of the explainer videos do not include captions.
- Price quotes in PDF files are not fully accessible; we will gladly send the quote as text by email as well.
- Third-party components (YouTube videos, maps, the payment page of the payment processor) are not fully under our control.
- The focus indicator for keyboard navigation is shown in form fields, but it is weak on some buttons and links. We are working to improve this.
- In the main action buttons (sand-colored background with light text) the contrast is lower than the standard requires. We are reviewing these colors.
- P-Link pages are designed in the colors chosen by the business, so the contrast on them varies from business to business.
