Who we are and what the policy covers
Printix (authorized partnership 558619284, Kfar HaOranim, Ohad 149; hereinafter: "Printix" or "we") manufactures QR and NFC stands using 3D printing and operates digital products for businesses. Printix respects users' privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected when using its services.
This policy applies to the website printix-3d.com and on all our services, including:
- The store — ordering physical products (P-Stand, P-Class, P-Tap, P-Wall and more), cart, checkout and shipping.
- P‑Console — the customer's personal area for managing orders and products.
- P‑Link — a business page with all the business's links (at addresses like pcodeqr.com/).
- P‑Code — dynamic QR codes and short links (such as tap.printix-3d.com).
- P‑Member (loyalty club and a card in the digital wallet), P‑Menu (Digital menu), P‑Worker (job ads), P‑Marketing (email marketing), P‑Pay (payment for digital services) and online price quotes.
What information is collected
Information you provide to us
- Contact and order details: Name, phone, email, shipping address, business name and details, and what you entered in the order (text, colors, links).
- Files: Logo and images you upload for an order, for a P-Link page or in the contact form.
- Business details on the P-Link page and other products: Name, opening hours, address, phone, social links, images and menu — information intended in advance to be displayed publicly on the business page.
- Inquiries: What you wrote in the contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp.
- P-Console login details: The phone number to which the login code is sent by SMS, or a Google account if you chose to sign in with it.
Payments
Credit card details are entered directly on the secure payment page of the payment processor Tranzila (including Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay), and do not reach our servers. We receive only the payment result and partial details (such as the last four digits, card type and number of installments). If you chose to save a card for payment for digital services (P-Pay), a token is stored with Tranzila, not the card number.
Information collected automatically
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and site usage data.
- Cookies and pixels for measurement and advertising (see cookies, pixels and measurement).
- QR code scans and clicks on short links and on buttons in a P-Link page: time, device type, country and source — for the statistics shown to the business owner. We do not identify who scanned.
- Incomplete cart: If you entered an email or phone at checkout and did not complete the order, they are saved so we can send you a reminder to complete the order (you can unsubscribe in every reminder).
Why we use the information
- Order handling: production, preparing print files, shipping or self-pickup, invoice and customer service.
- Setting up and operating the digital products: P-Link page, QR codes, club, menu, job ads and more.
- Logging in to P-Console and viewing your orders and products.
- Messages related to the order and service: Order confirmation, shipment tracking, reminders, and a request to write a review after you receive your order.
- Improving the site, measuring advertising, and preventing fraud and abuse.
- Updates and promotions — only if you agreed, and always with an option to unsubscribe.
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. keeping accounting documents).
In P-Menu and P-Link products you can import content from an image (for example a photo of a menu or a screenshot of links). The image is sent for AI processing to a provider (Anthropic) only to extract the text for your page, and is not used to train models.
Information businesses collect through our products
Some of our products let business owners collect information from their customers — club members in P-Member, job candidates in P-Worker, mailing lists in P-Marketing, and inquiries through a P-Link page. In these cases the business owns the information and is responsible for it, and Printix holds and processes the information for it and only according to its instructions. For questions or requests about such information, contact the business first; we will help it handle the request.
- P‑Member: The details a club member provides when joining (such as name and phone), benefits and punches. The club card can be saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, in which case Apple or Google issues the card to your device.
- P‑Worker: The details and files (such as a résumé) that an applicant sends in response to an ad are passed to the business that posted the ad.
- P‑Marketing: Recipient lists that the business uploads or collects. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If the business enabled it, opens and clicks are measured to show it statistics.
Providers and information sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to others for their marketing purposes. We share information only to the extent necessary with providers who help us deliver the service, when required by law, or to protect our rights. The main providers:

Google sign-in and Google data
The "Printix" app in your Google account is used to sign in with Google to Printix services and to automatically fill in business details. The full details are also in thePrivacy Policy — Sign in with Google.
What information we receive from Google
- Account details (permissions openid, email, profile): name, verified email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
- Your businesses in Google Business Profile — only if you clicked the option and approved it in Google (permission business.manage): the list of businesses you manage — only the business name, address and Place ID. We don't read reviews, posts or statistics, and we don't change anything.
Why we use it
- To sign you in to P-Console and Printix services.
- Pre-fill the order details at checkout (name, email, business address).
- Fill in your P-Link page and the order with the business details you chose, including a Google review button.
- Profile picture — used as the page image, only if you haven't uploaded one yet, and you can replace it.
We don't use this information for advertising, we don't sell it, we don't pass it to any party, and we don't use it to train AI models.
What is stored and for how long
- Google access tokens stay in your browser, are used once and are revoked immediately. They are not stored on our servers.
- Name and email are stored in the checkout session (up to 48 hours) and in the order itself if you placed one, like any order on the site.
- Connecting your account to the personal area: So that next time Google signs you in with one click, we store a one-way hash of your Google account ID, your email and a hash of your phone number, until you ask us to delete them.
- Business details from Google are saved only when you save them in the P-Link page or in an order.
Deletion and revocation
You can revoke Printix's access at any time inGoogle account settings. To delete the connection or the information we saved, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted within 30 days.

Cookies, pixels and measurement
The site uses cookies for proper operation (e.g. the shopping cart and login), saving preferences, usage analysis and ad measurement. On the shop pages, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel run, and on some forms Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. After a purchase, event details (such as the order amount and encrypted identifiers) may also be sent directly from the server to Meta and TikTok for measurement.
Your choice: When you enter the site, a notice appears saying that the site uses cookies for advertising and measurement, and continuing to browse the site counts as consent. Cookies necessary (cart, payment, account login and saving your choice) always work. Cookies statistics (our usage measurement and order source) and cookies marketing (Meta, TikTok and Google Ads) are active as long as you have not declined them. You can decline or change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. If you decline marketing cookies, we will not pass identifying details about you to the advertising companies, not even order details. The choice is saved for 6 months.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your account settings on Google, Meta and TikTok. Blocking essential cookies may impair the cart and checkout. P-Link and P-Console pages don't load these pixels (Printix's own usage measurement, described below, runs on them too).
Printix usage measurement
We do not save what you type in fields (only the field name), text you click that is not a button or link, IP address, or personal links (such as a club card). Phone numbers and email addresses shown on hidden buttons. Words searched in the site's search are saved. If you logged in to P-Console, your visits in that browser, including those before logging in, are linked to you, so we can see how customers use the products and help when something doesn't work. An order you placed is also linked to the visits that preceded it in the same browser (and if the order was made with the account or phone you logged in with, also to visits from your other devices), so we can understand how much time and how many steps it took to order and simplify the process. Only the Printix team sees the link. The information is kept only with us and is not shared with anyone: clicks for up to 90 days, views and events for up to 180 days, and general daily summaries (without details about a specific visitor) over time. You can block the cookies in your browser settings.
Emails, SMS and messages
- Service messages (order confirmation, shipping, access code, payment) are sent as part of the service.
- A reminder about an unfinished cart וa request for a review after the order — you can unsubscribe from any such message.
- Updates and promotions — only with consent, with an unsubscribe link in every email and the option to reply "Remove" to an SMS.
- Some emails contain shortened links, so we know whether they were clicked (for example, so we don't ask again for a review from someone who already wrote one).
How long information is kept
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for: order details and accounting documents for the period required by law; digital product details for as long as the product is active and a short time after; inquiries for as long as needed to handle them. At the end of the period the information is deleted or anonymized.
Information security
We use standard security measures: Encrypted traffic (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need the information, protection against spam and attacks, and payment details are stored only with the payment processor. Even so,, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized intrusions.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may review the information kept about you, request to correct or delete it, and ask to be removed from mailings. Send a request by email and we'll handle it within 30 days. Our services are intended for business owners and adults over age 18.
