Privacy Policy — Sign in with Google
Last updated: 08/10/2026. This policy applies to the "Printix" app (Google sign-in) on the printix-3d.com site, operated by Printix ([email protected]). It complements the general privacy policy of the site.
What information we receive from Google
- Account details (openid, email, profile permissions): name, verified email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
- Your businesses in Google Business Profile — only if you clicked the option and approved it in Google (business.manage permission): the list of businesses you manage — business name, address and Place ID only. We don't read reviews, posts or statistics, and we don't change anything.
Why we use it
- To sign you in to P-Console (the personal area) and to Printix services.
- Pre-fill the order details at checkout (name, email, business address).
- Fill in your P-Link page and the order with the business details you chose, including a Google review button.
- Profile picture — used as the page image, only if you haven't uploaded one yet, and you can replace it.
We no we don't use this information for advertising, we don't sell it, we don't pass it to anyone, and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.
What is stored and for how long
- Google access tokens stay in your browser, are used once and are revoked immediately. They are not stored on our servers.
- Name and email are kept in the shopping session (up to 48 hours) and in the order itself if you place one, like any order on the site.
- Connecting your account to the personal areaSo that next time Google can sign you in with one tap, we store a one-way hash of your Google account ID, your email, and a hash of your phone number — until you ask us to delete them.
- Business details from Google are saved only when you save them in the P-Link page or in the order.
Deletion and revocation
You can revoke Printix's access at any time in-Google account settings. To delete the connection or the information we saved, write to [email protected] and deleted within 30 days.
Limited Use
Printix's use of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer to any other app, complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
