FAQ
Do customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes into the wallet already on the phone: Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android. Anyone who doesn't want a wallet gets a card in the browser.
How do you punch at the register?
You connect any business phone to the punch station with a 6-digit code, and scan the QR on the customer's card. You can punch per visit or by purchase amount.
What does the customer get in the end?
You choose: a gift for a full card, a welcome gift, a birthday discount and offers for members. Everything is set up in P-Console.
Can I send a message to members?
Yes. An offer you publish appears on the card in the wallet of all members who agreed to receive updates.
We have several branches. Does it work?
Yes. One club for all branches, the customer chooses their branch when joining, and you see data for each branch.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel in P-Console at any time, with no commitment. You don't pay at all in the first month.
